BBL HERO Memberships at Glacier MedSpa are designed to support long-term skin health through consistent, provider-recommended treatment while offering members exclusive savings and benefits.

By enrolling in a BBL HERO Membership, patients agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Term & Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 6-month commitment.

• After the initial 6 months, memberships may continue on a month-to-month basis.

• Monthly payments are automatically charged to the card on file.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Treatment Inclusions

• Memberships include a set number of BBL HERO treatments per year, as outlined in the specific membership selected.

• Treatments are allocated per membership year and do not roll over.

• Membership benefits apply only to services performed during the active membership period.

Scheduling & Treatment Frequency

• Treatments must be scheduled based on provider-recommended intervals, typically every 8-12 weeks.

• Appointments are subject to provider availability.

• Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that treatment.

Body Area Definitions

• Body treatment areas are categorized as Small, Medium, or Large.

• For memberships that include body treatments:
  • Small and Medium areas count as one session
  • Large areas count as two sessions

• Area classifications are determined by the provider to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Bonus & Add-On Treatments

• Any bonus treatments (such as SkinTyte, custom facials, or booster treatments) are:
  • Provider-recommended
  • Intended to support clinical outcomes
  • Scheduled at the provider's discretion

• Bonus treatments have no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted.

Discounts & Member Savings

• Membership discounts apply only to non-membership services and retail skincare.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, events, or special pricing.

• Membership discounts are valid only while the membership is active.

Provider Assignment

• Treatments may be performed by a licensed laser technician or medical provider, depending on availability and clinical appropriateness.

• Provider assignment is at the discretion of Glacier MedSpa and does not affect membership pricing.

Membership Changes & Cancellation

• Membership upgrades may be requested at any time.

• Downgrades or cancellations are permitted after the initial 6-month commitment, with 30 days' written notice.

• Glacier MedSpa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings with reasonable notice.

Medical Eligibility

• All treatments are subject to medical evaluation.

• Membership participation does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.

• Glacier MedSpa reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if medically contraindicated.

General Terms

• Membership benefits may not be shared, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

• Glacier MedSpa reserves the right to update membership terms and policies as needed.
